Simmba Cashes In On Holidays

Simmba, when announced by Rohit Shetty and Karan Johar, got flack for being another masala film, when they seem to not work at box office even for Khans.
Ranveer Singh also looked too comicky and very over the top prior to release. But the songs have become very big hits and they impacted the opening day.
Also, with Ajay Devgn doing a cameo as Singham, the collaboration and it opening a window for big Singham-Simmba-Sooryavanshi combination in one movie, hyped Simmba.
Rohit Shetty delivered a decent enough commercial film and that satisfied the core audiences. Movie collected 350 crores gross globally and this is eighth time that a Rohit Shetty movie collected more than 100 crores globally.
Karan Johar, the co-producer of the movie shared the news and expressed gratitude towards people for such a huge hit.
