Arjun Reddy, the movie has become the talk of the town in Telugu Cinema circles. Even the enthusiasts of films are happy to watch and talk about the movie. Many are objecting the language used but equal number of people are happily discussing about the writing and the acting talents showcased by the team in the movie.
Vijay Devarakonda has become the flag bearer for new age filmmaking in Telugu and his Pelli Choopulu has already been in the talks for a remake in all regional languages. Now, his Arjun Reddy is also in talks for remake. The news of Dhanush buying the rights of the movie and looking to remake in Tamil has filled the tabloids and now, we are hearing that even Bollywood is looking at Arjun Reddy with keen eyes.
Many on social media are asking one question though, which we also find valid. Is Arjun Reddy anything new to Bollywood? Already, they have Dev D, Rockstar and a bit similar Tamasha, which have not worked at the box office but got good name to actors like Deepika Padukone, Abhay Deol, Kalki Koelchin Kanmani and Ranbir Kapoor. So, when audience are not completely ready to embrace a film like this, does it need to be done in Bollywood? Ranveer Singh is said to be interested in remaking the movie and also playing the character of Arjun in Hindi. Well, let's wait and see, how will they adapt Arjun Reddy's role, so that it feels fresh and original in Hindi too!
