Rashmi's Concept of "Mass-Masala"

In the recent times, the heroes are liking the characters that are having the negative shades. It is bringing them good name as well as success. The negative shaded characters are being welcomed by the audiences too. We have witnessed several such cases in the past and rarely, the heroines would get such opportunity to play differently on the screen.

Anchor Rashmi Gautam who was shot to fame with Jabardasth TV show is recently seen promoting her new film Next Nuvve. She was asked if the directors are showing interest in projecting her vulgarly. The actress replied YES without a second thought. She also told that the audiences are also wanted her to be seen in such a way. Rashmi clarified that she is alright to go hot on the screen but sometimes, she has no other option than to appear vulgar.

Usually, heroine's will divert such topics but Rashmi Gautam is different. The male protagonists in the industry will never come forward to discuss the mass-masala aspects of their films but Rashmi openly stated that mass-masala aspect is the only thing that draws the attention of crowds.

Rashmi also mentioned that her portrayal in Guntur Talkies was not vulgar.
