While the visuals take your breath away, the movie is going to be high on emotions and drama. As we know, Rashmika is playing a key role in the film for a long time. After watching the trailer, it is clear that she will be seen as a narrator of Ram and Sita's love story. This sounds similar to Samantha's character in 'Mahanati'. Isn't it?
Speaking at the trailer launch event, Rashmika said, "Did you like the trailer. When I was offered Afreen, I wondered whether I'll do justice, because it's a violent character. A beautiful story requires a narrator and I'm the narrator of Sita Ramam's love story. I hope, you all will like the film and I hope we did justice for everything."
The movie's leading lady Mrunal Thakur told, "I'm also watching the trailer for the first time and I'm overwhelmed. I thank Hanu sir for giving me this part. I fell in love with Sita Mahalaxmi, when he first narrated me the story. I also loved the character Ram. Actually, I feel like it's not Mrunal who chose Sita, but it's Sita who chose Mrunal. I was so pampered on sets by Aswini Dutt sir. I'm grateful for him. Talking about Sita, I'm in love with her. She's lovely girl who's empathetic and obviously and hopelessly romantic person. Thank you Sumanth and Rashmika, the film is incomplete without you."
The movie's director Hanu Raghavapudi stated, "hanks is a small word, I need to write letters for all of my actors. Corona was the biggest hurdle, while making the movie. Sita Ramam is more beautiful than Andala Rakshasi. You will forget about yourselves and travel along with these characters, when you watch the movie. It will travel along with you. It will haunt you for ages."
Finally, Dulquer Salman took the mic and shared his experience of working on 'Sita Ramam'. He said, "I was beginning to think I don't want to do any more love stories. Because I'm bit tired of being called a romantic hero. Then, Hanu came to narrate this story. This is so beautiful, amazing, timeless, classic and epic. I'm like one last love story, one for the ages. I won't regret if it's my last love story. Hanu speaks only Telugu. He is an eccentric madman on set and is passionate about making films.
Shooting for this film has been the most beautiful experience. I got to see places in India, which I've never seen earlier. However, it was not easy to shoot in those locations. Aswini Dutt is my favorite person. It's like he runs a hospitality company, not a production house. This is my family in Hyderabad. Both Mrunal and Rashmika are very busy with many projects. We used to call each other by our character names on sets.â
