No body gains a name of Mass Maharaja, just like that and Ravi Teja worked years and years to attain a name like that. But he in between being the massy hero also tried some risky subjects that at times proved to be highly costly for him. But the man, seems to have decided that he will try different and new concepts now, in his career. He is already coming with a movie, Raja the Great, where he will be playing a vision impaired man.
Even though the movie is a commercial film, we have to call it an experiment as we never know how it will end up performing at the box office. After the movie, many thought he will concentrate on his much more safe bet project, Touch Chesi Choodu. But the actor the still did not confirm anything about the movie.
Well, the movie has been started and more than 65% of the shoot is also been done but there are rumours in Tinsel town circles that the actor is not completely happy with it. He decided to start his next film, Bogan remake with the same director of the original, Lakshman. The interesting thing is the movie became a success due to the popularity of the duo, Jayam Ravi and Aravind Swamy, who gave a blockbuster, Thani Oruvan. The movie did not become such a blockbuster that it needs to be remade in Telugu.
But the producers and the actor has decided to go with it. The shoot of the movie will start as soon as he completes the work on Raja The Great. Earlier, Sambho Siva Shambho and Naa Autograph, the remakes of Tamil blockbusters, Nadodigal and Autograph, did not work at the box office as expected for the actor and still he is going with a remake! Isn't it a huge risk at this stage? As they say, if you do not dare, you can't win! Mass Maharaja might make a big come back with these movie, let's wait and see!
