Disappointing TRPs for Janata Garage

Despite being a super blockbuster in NTR's career with nearly 81 crores share, the film hasn't even got the TRPs of films like Bichagadu.
Apparently Janata Garage registered less TRPs than that of Temper movie when the movie was premiered on TV on October 23rd. Though the figures are yet to be revealed, it's heard that even the TV channel management is stunned by the low TRPs. What could the possible reason for these low TRPs?
Some say that the leakage of the Janata Garage movie on internet through piracy channels has caused people to postpone their viewing of film on TV. Hardly believable.
