How Forbes shocked Pawan Kalyan & Prabhas?

Forbes Magazine unveiled the list of Top 100 Celebrities in India based on earnings, fame, google rankings and media coverage. From Tollywood, Mahesh Babu, Allu Arjun, Jr NTR and Ram Charan featured in the list.
Much to everyone's shock, Neither Pawan Kalyan nor Prabhas were able to make to the Top 100. May be, PK is one of the highest paid stars of TFI even though only one film of his released in 2016. He should score well even in the other three categories.
Inspite of 'Baahubali' earning him a lot of fame, Even Prabhas wasn't named in the Top 100 list of Forbes.
As a result, Lot of questions were raised on Forbes Top 100 Indian Celebrities list. Was Forbes not able to recognize the enormous name and fame earned by Powerstar & Young Rebel Star?
