Present generation heroines are very smart. They are coming up with master plans to grab offers in star hero films. They are ready to sizzle in item songs when they are going through a dull phase. Tamannah applied the same principle when her career was going through a lean phase she has done an item number in Bellamkonda Srinivas film and bounced back in her career. She is doing heroine roles as well as item songs simultaneously now.
Other heroines are also following Tamannah's route now. Kajal has done the same thing. She has done an item number Pakka Local in NTR film 'Janata Garage' when she was going through a dull phase in her career. She got several offers after the song became a chartbuster. Kajal became a busy heroine again acting in Telugu, Tamil languages. Kajal reportedly charged Rs.60 lakhs for the sizzling in 'Janata Garage' item number.
Another beauty former Miss India Pooja Hegde also joined this league now. She is getting good offers after 'DJ-Duvvada Jagannadham'. She is presently working on Bellamkonda Srinivas film. She got an item song offer in Ram Charan's 'Rangasthalam'. Even though she is in good form, she reportedly charged only Rs. 30 lakhs and it has surprised many people.
There is a reason behind the less remuneration. Ram Charan said to have promised Pooja that she will be given heroine chance in his next film with Koratala Siva. So, Pooja will be Charan's item girl first and then she will become a heroine in his next film. Tamannah, Kajal impressed the audience as item girls as well. We have to wait and see how Pooja will impress the Telugu audience as an item girl.
