Rajamouli Sidelined It Due To VFX?

Some celebrities are saying that the movie is a game changer in Indian Cinema. Everything is fine.. but what about Rajamouli's next film ?
When Rajamouli was asked about it during the promotions of 'Baahubali: The Conclusion', he said that he is going to Bhutan for a holiday trip and he needs at least two month long vacation with family. He said that he will reveal the details about his next project after coming back from the holidaying. Surprisingly, there were reports when he was in the middle of 'Baahubali' shoot that his next project is going to be 'Garuda' with a whopping Rs. 1000 crore budget.
Even there were hints about the project from writer Vijayendra Prasad. Moreover Rajamouli said that he is going to continue 'Baahubali' world even afte the Baahubali 2 release. But, somehow the project didn't materialize. It seems Rajamouli is not ready to take up another huge project which involves large scale visual effects. Some opine that that might be the reason why he sidelined 'Garuda'.
