Reason for Nitya Menon avoiding promotions??

Currently hero Sundeep Kishan is moving earth and heaven to promote his tomorrow's (June 10th) release "Okka Ammayi Thappa". But that one thing anyone would not miss from noticing is, where is his heroine Nitya Menon.
Yes, Nitya is not actually promoting the film and she hasn't turned up even for a day to interact with the media. As there are rumours that she was paid very less price, probably she's not attending the promotions. When quizzed about the same, Sandeep said, "No, actually Nitya wants to turn up for promotions but she is busy with Kannada movie shooting. She will promote after the release".
Directed by writer Rajasimha, the film's plot is completely set on a flyover near Hitech city.
