Pan-Indian hero Prabhas and Pooja Hegde's latest offering 'Radhe Shyam' has got a mixed response from the audience. People who walked into theatres on the first day were impressed by the visuals and performances but the complete love story without any commercial aspects surprised them. It is not what you expect from a mass hero like Prabhas but he is getting appreciated for taking this risk.
There were high expectations on this film and it resulted in getting massive collections on the opening day. The makers themselves took to Twitter and announced that it grossed 79 crores on its first day. They claimed that it is the highest grosser post the pandemic. They thanked the audience for making it a blockbuster.
They released a special poster which shows 79 crores at the back while Prabhas is looking slick and sharp in the black suit whilst holding a briefcase. As we know, Thaman composed the background score for this romantic drama set in the backdrop of 70s Italy. Directed by Radha Krishna Kumar, this epic love drama has Pooja Hegde playing the female lead named Prerna. Prabhas will be seen as a world-renowned palmist in this movie.
