Regina Cassandra appears as Sonam Kapoor's love interest in the Bollywood flick 'Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga'. This movie is based on homosexuality and the challenges one has to face for being a lesbian. Female Director Shelly Chopra Dhar helmed this path-breaking film.
In the recent interview, Regina opined: 'We are in the 21st Century. Times have changed. Supremo Court favoured homosexuality. Even People were slowly accepting such way of life. I don't think this movie would face any problems. Why Love Stories should be only in a certain way. Today, We are discussing about lesbian sex. The awareness is growing among the public. Some of my friends have embraced homosexuality. There needn't be moral policing, let them lead their lives as per their wish'.
On her Bollywood debut, The 'Awe' Actress told: 'I got the opportunity to prove my mettle in Bollywood with this flick. Would do films in Tollywood, Kollywood and Bollywood. I don't want to be known as just South Indian Actress'.
