Regina movie cancelled?

Regina Cassandra, the actress who made a successful debut in Tamil and Telugu might be looking at her Hindi debut not happening anytime soon. The actress did have some good successes in Telugu but after few movies, she had to go back to her roots being a Tamil girl. She is now, busy shooting for Krishna Vamsi's Nakshatram in last schedule and many more films in Tamil.

Few months ago, in the direction of Anees Bazmee, the writer-director of many comedy films in Hindi with actors like Akshay Kumar and Salman Khan. The director after experiencing setbacks in comedies decided to make a thriller with Amitabh Bachchan. He decided to writer a sequel for the thriller, Aankhen featuring blind men stealing a bank and Amitabh in a negative character.

Regina got a chance to play the lead in the movie. Vipul Shah who made Aankhen should be producing the movie. Regina also suffered a dress malfunction during her performance and everyone thought this movie could be her big break into Hindi industry. But now the sources say that the movie had been cancelled and the shoot is not happening at the moment or anytime soon. Regina did not yet start shooting for her part and her wait for debuting in Bollywood might still continue.
