Big relief for Jeevitha Rajasekhar

Erramanzil Court on Saturday quashed the cheque bounce case filed against Jeevitha Rajasekhar.
In 2007, Jeevitha Rajasekhar produced 'Evadaithe Nakenti' by obtaining finance from Somasekhar Reddy. The financier approached the court complaining the cheque issued by Jeevitha has bounced. In 2014, Erramanzil Court sentenced Jeevitha to 2 years in prison apart from imposing a fine of Rs 25 lakhs. Jeevitha war arrested and she got released on bail later. Today, The court delivered a complete contrast judgement favoring Jeevitha.
Speaking to media after the verdict was delivered, Jeevitha told she would be filing a defamation suit against those who dragged her to court. She alleges the complainant conspired to extract money from her by after obtaining cheques from her.
Somasekhar Reddy, on the other hand, informed media that he will be moving High Court seeking justice in the case.
