Bollywood beauty Richa Chadda is one of the few actresses who started off from scratch by doing small characters to become a lead heroine roles now. Considering the competition in Bollywood it is no easy feat. We can understand how much she has struggled to become a heroine. In fact, she has responded to the people who are criticising Saroj Khan's comments on the casting couch issue. Recently Saroj Khan commented that casting couch is there in every field and the film industry is at least giving opportunities.It has attracted criticism from several people. Responding to the criticism, Richa said that she watched the full interview of Saroj Khan and there is nothing wrong with her comments.
She said "I think people are making a mountain of a molehill. There's narrative that people in Bollywood are the worst&indulge in malpractices which isn't the case. She meant to say it takes place in all industries, why is Bollywood being singled out?" She opined that it is not right to criticise others comments rather than taking measures to control the casting couch.
