Robo 2, first schedule gets closing date

It's surprising that Superstar Rajnikanth, is right now working on two films. One happens to be young director P A Ranjith's Kabali and the other one is mighty Shankar's Robo sequel, titled 2.0.
Recently Robo 2.0 shooting was started in Chennai and even Akshay Kumar has graced the event, confirming that he will be seen as a villain alongside Rajni sir. Currently shooting of this film is going on at a brisk pace in Chennai. It's heard that the shooting of first schedule will be closed by December 30th. That's too fast for a Shankar film.
Amy Jackson is playing lead opposite Rajnikanth, while Lyca is producing it.
