2.0 suffering from over-shot budgets?

Superstar Rajnikanth's next film is "2.0" and it happens to be a sequel of his Robo movie directed by S Shankar. This maverick director is now making 2.0 with utmost career.
But what is bothering investors and buyers of this film at the moment is the escalating budget of the film. Actually the film is planned with 150 crores budget and finally it looked like ending up with 300 crores budget. But reports are saying that it's also touching 450 crores now. With Rajni's Kabali making 600 crores from pre-release business alone from all means, it seems like Shankar is not worried.
