Super Star Rajinikanth's upcoming film '2.O' in the direction of Shankar is one of the most eagerly awaited film after 'Baahubali: The Conclusion'. The filmmakers were actually planning to release the film on the occasion of Dilwali 2017. But the latest buzz from the Kollywood says that the release got postponed.
The post production works.. visual effects in particular, are taking longer time than the initial estimates as per the buzz. It is known that Shankar is making the film with high standards involving huge expenditure on technical aspects. So, the filmmakers said to have decided to postpone the release to January 25, 2018. It is going to be a disappointing news for Rajini fans and Shankar fans as well.
Amy Jackson is the female lead in the movie. Bollywood star Askshay Kumar is playing villain role. AR Rahman is composing the music. The movie, a sequel to the super hit film 'Robot' is reportedly made with a whopping 400 crore budget.
