Robo 2.0 Trailer Launch Date

The wait for the theatrical trailer of much-awaited '2.0' starring Rajinikanth, Akshay Kumar and Amy Jackson will end on September 29th this year. Trailer of this Shankar directorial will be unveiled on the eve of Dussehra.
'2.0' is already making headlines as the costliest film ever made in India till date. The estimated budget of this sci-fi flick is over Rs 400 crore.
'Robo' is the biggest grosser in the careers of both Rajinikanth & Shankar. It collected a Gross of Rs 289 crore in 2010. A lot has changed in the past 7 years and markets have grown enormously. The biggest advantage for '2.0' is its casting. While Rajinikanth alone was able to fetch a Gross of Rs 287 crore for 'Kabali', Akshay Kumar who is essaying Main Antagonist could certainly generate a revenue of at least Rs 150 crore in Hindi circuit alone.
Shoot of '2.0' is nearing end. Shankar is planning to release this sequel for Diwali 2017.
