RRR Seals Its Arrival Date

After multiple postponements, RRR has finally locked its arrival date. The makers have announced that the film will be releasing in theatres on the 7th of January. The film will be releasing just ahead of the Sankranthi season.
"Experience India's Biggest Action Drama, #RRRMovie in theatres worldwide on 7th Jan 2022," the statement from team RRR read.
RRR is the costliest project in Indian cinema and over Rs 900 crores are riding on the project. With the pan-India market opening up and states slowly permitting 100% occupancy at cinema halls, the makers of RRR seem to have decided to lock the release date.
Now, RRR will be the first mainstream biggie to release in theatres ahead of the forthcoming Sankranthi season.
The Rajamouli directorial is being mounted on a massive scale and it is touted to be a heavy duty action drama.
