RRR storms through Japan, highest 1st week opening for any Indian movie

It is known that the sensational RRR directed by maverick SS Rajamouli in the combination of NTR and Ram Charan was recently released in Japan. With the entire team went there to promote the film, the result will be seen in the massive collections at the ticket window.
The movie took the biggest opening for an Indian film over there and grossed a solid Rs. 1.06 crores on the opening day. In the calculations, the film RRR has collected JPY73M in its first week embarking the highest first week opening of Indian film.
RRR has been ranked No.10 at the box office opening where No.1 to No.9 are all Japanese films, mainly animation films. Japan has been known for its whole-hearted acceptance of Indian cinema and over the years, several mainstream films have excelled at the Japanese box office.
Superstar Rajinikanth's Muthu is still at the top of the list of most collected Indian films, and now RRR with nearly the same ticket price, trade analysts estimate that RRR may break even and enter profits within the first 10 days of release.
