Megastar Chiranjeevi's upcoming movie Sye Raa is the much-awaited movie in Tollywood right now. However the shooting of the film is going on very slowly. Though the cast and crew details have been announced a long time ago, no other update about the movie came out. We can see that the makers roped in top-notch crew for the movie. The name of cinematographer has gained lot of attention.
Well-reputed cinematographer Ravi Varman is going to work on the cinematography of this historic movie which is going to be made on a massive budget of Rs. 200 crores. Ravi Varman has recorded so many hit movies in his career like Barfi, Goliyon ki Raasleela and recently Jagga Jasoos. He has done a few Tamil and Malayalam movies too.
Sye Raa makers have undoubtedly roped in the best technicians to work on this movie including Oscar Winner A.R.Rahman. However, as per the latest reports Ravi Varman has backed out from this project and the reasons are still unknown. Sources are reporting that the constant delays in the shooting is the possible reason behind this. The makers of the movie have got to search for another cameraman now.
The movie is the biopic of a patriotic Indian Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy from Renadu region who created a revolution against the British rule.
