Prabhas Lost Battle In Home Ground

he Box Office result of 'Saaho' gives mixed feelings to Prabhas. This high-budget Action Thriller under-performed in the home ground of Rebel Star but did exceptionally well elsewhere.
'Saaho' managed to cross Rs 80 crore-mark by the end of Second Weekend in Telugu States. In this territory, Theatrical Rights were sold out for a whooping Rs 120 crore. Which means, The margin is Rs 40 crore and there is no way this flick gonna come anywhere close to break-even by the end of full run.
It's a different story altogether in the Hindi belt. Much to everyone's surprise, 'Saaho' performed exceptionally well in North India to emerge as a hit. It even managed to be 4th Highest Grosser in 2019 by the end of Week 1 when it comes to Hindi Version. 'Bharat', 'Kabir Singh' and 'Mission Mangal' are the three films which performed better than 'Saaho'.
Overall, Prabhas will be content with the performance of 'Saaho'. Why because, His main concern was whether Hindi Audience will receive him or not after 'Baahubali'. 'Saaho' has only indicated that he is currently one of the biggest stars in the country.
