Fidaa Father Says He Got Emotional

What is the character in 'Fidaa' which has grabbed the attention of the audience after the hero, heroines? Anyone who watched the film will say that it is heroine's father character essayed by senior actor Sai Chand. He has acted in several classics like 'Maabhumi'.. 'Shiva'.. 'Ankuram' in the past.. and he was away from acting for 25 years. It is surprising to see him re-entering films with a beautiful film like 'Fidaa'.
Sai Chand is saying he has made his re-entry with the right film. He said that 'Fidaa' movie has touched his personal life apart from the appreciation he achieved for the character. He said that he came to know about fatherhood after traveling for few months with Sai Pallavi because of the 'Fidaa' shoot. He revealed that he didn't get married so, he doesn't know how it feels like having kids. He said that he didn't have any reasons for staying single without marriage.. but acting in 'Fidaa' make him feel like a father.
He has narrated an incident happened during the shoot. He said "One day I started going home after the completion of the day's shoot. Sai Pallavai called me 'Nanna' from behind.. she came to me and hugged me. I got emotional and I was crying unintentionally. I really feel that she is like my daughter. Whenever she tells me 'take care', I get a feeling that a doctor is there for me in the form of Sai Pallavi." Sai Chand told that his relationship is continuing with her even after completion of 'Fidaa'.
