Talented performer Sai Pallavi is one of those rare actresses who managed to gain superstardom without resorting to skin show. Her 'Rowdy Baby' song ended up being the first South Indian song to reach 1 Billion views on Youtube and most of her songs rake up hundreds of millions which explains her craze.
Despite all the craze, Sai Pallavi never did glamorous roles and picked her roles very carefully. She has a strict 'No Lip Lock' policy and stated it once again recently. She even smiled and said "Me Too movement has helped me that way" explaining how directors do not push heroines to act in such scenes during the current times.
She addressed the color-consciousness among women in Indian society. She said, "My sister who is five years younger to me feels that I look pretty because of my fairer skin. Many times, people used to tell her to stay home and don't play outdoor as her skin becomes further dark. That has affected her a lot as a person." The 'Fidaa' actress says that color shouldn't affect a woman's confidence.
