Sai Pallavi, got a huge name as a dancer when she participated in Dhee. Post that show, she went to Georgia and completed her medicine. During one of her semester holidays, she completed Premam and that became a huge hit in Malayalam. It gave her lot of recognition and even the chance to act in Fidaa. The movie established her as an actress in South India and she is thankful to makers for that.
She talked about her love life and other interests in an interview. She said, "I love dancing, so I learnt dance while I am in school. During school years, I was fascinated by many films and wanted to become an actress. That's the reason I entered a contest. But my father wanted to see me as a doctor and hence, he sent me to Georgia. Later, when I got an offer from Alphonse Puthiren, I agreed immediately."
She continued, "I really like acting more than anything and hence, I am in this field. I don't like love and never had any love affairs too. Many during studies came and proposed to me, but I did not accept their proposals. I continued to concentrate what my goals are. My beauty lies me being natural and even though I look like I have Acne, that keeps me more natural on screen and even makers encourage me to wear less makeup to cover them."
