Let Govt decide who should work in India: Saif
By: Tupaki Desk | 28 Sep 2016 4:14 PM GMTBollywood star Saif Ali Khan made a strong statement against the threats issued by Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) to the Pakistani artistes working in India. He asked Government of India to decide who should and shouldn't work in the country.
Saif opined cultural exchange needs to be encouraged. He questions, 'When the world is open to talented individuals in India, why shouldn't our film industry be open to the talents across the world? However, The final decision rests with the Government which alone could take decision related to law & order'.
When his film based on Terrorism was banned in Pakistan, Saif commented 26/11 mastermind Hafiz Saeed's hate speeches are creating terrorists like Ajmal Kasab. He even dared to say Hafiz Saeed is India's enemy No.1.
Last night, MNS Activists staged a protest outside Bollywood filmmaker Karan Johar's house over casting Pakistani actor Fawad Khan in his upcoming flick 'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil'. Following which, All of them were taken into custody by the Mumbai police.
