Aug 31st - Neither Clash Nor Solo Release!

Filmmakers have been very particular about the release dates these days. They just don't want to let go any opportunity that fetches more revenue. This situation is leading to a friction between the Makers of two projects who prefer same release date.
Few months ago, There was a stiff competition between 'Bharat Ane Nenu' and 'Naa Peru Surya' for April 27th slot. After a series of meetings, Producers agreed to advance the release of Mahesh-starrer by one week and delay Allu Arjun-starrer by one week. Finally, April 27th remained unutilized.
Same thing happened in the case of 'Savyasachi' and 'Shailaja Reddy Alludu'. Maruthi was hesitant to offer August 31st slot even after few meetings. Any how, 'Savyasachi' shoot got delayed due to Madhavan's injury. Sadly, Even 'Shailaja Reddy Alludu' is now missing the date due to delay in post-production work. Blame it on the #KeralaFloods!
