Samantha Ruth Prabhu's mythological drama, Shaakuntalam's release date was announced, the makers have unveiled the much awaited trailer today in grand event. Directed by Gunasekhar the movie will have a worldwide release on February 17 in the 3D format as well.
The trailer introduces Shakuntala and her backstory. She was born for Menaka and Vishwamitra. The powerful voiceover introduces her character. Samanatha introduction with butterflies skips everyone heartbeat.
Her grace in walking and diction in the Telugu dialogues astounds everyone. She revealed it was one of toughest parts of the role to act gracefully which was not really her thing. The trailer promises a whimsical love tale with high VFX, storyline and visuals.
