'Salaar' & 'Project K' To Be Delayed Because Of Their Hero!

Pan-Indian hero Prabhas is finding it tough to score a hit after 'Baahubali' franchise. His action flick 'Saaho' ended up as a failure despite getting collections in the Hindi market. Coming to his recent romantic drama 'Radhe Shyam', it turned out to be a huge flop leaving a lot of people in losses. Experts claim that he is slowly losing the nationwide craze he got after Rajamouli's film.
He is now pinning a lot of hopes on 'Adipurush', 'Salaar' and 'Project K'. He even agreed to 'Spirit' with Sandeep Reddy Vanga and another project with Maruti but they are yet to begin. 'Adipurush' is a mythological drama which is directed by Om Raut. Kriti Sanon is the heroine while Saif Ali Khan is the villain. The shooting of this film has been wrapped up already and the team is busy with the post-production works like editing and CGI.
On the other hand, 'Salaar' and 'Project K' are in the production stage and they are going to be delayed because of their hero. Going into the details, Prabhas who suffered from a knee problem for a long time has been suggested to undergo knee surgery. The star hero has agreed to it and news is that the recovery process will take at least three months. Sources say that he may not participate in shootings during this period.
This is going to affect the schedules and plans of 'Salaar' and 'Project K' teams. As we know, postponement of shootings will result in delaying the releases too. They are the most-awaited films in Prabhas' career and fans are pretty upset about this. But they are happy that their hero is getting some much-required rest so that he can return back fit and healthy.
'Salaar' is directed by Prasanth Neel. It is a complete action entertainer and Shruti Hassan will be seen as a journalist in this flick while Jagapathi Babu plays a key role. This movie is produced by Hombale Films and Ravi Basrur is giving the music.
