Bhai acquitted from two more cases

After Courts acquitted him off Hit-and-run case in Mumbai, here comes another goodie to Bhai, as he gets relief from 1998 black buck poaching case as well.
Rajasthan High Court has today acquitted Salman from the 1998 chinkara poaching case. Earlier the 'Sultan' actor has challenged the lower court's verdict that had handed him one and five years' imprisonment in the two separate cases of poaching. The verdict in the blackbuck poaching case is still pending.
Two separate cases are registered against Salman under section 51 of Wildlife Protection Act for poaching of two chinkaras in village Bhawad on 26-27 September, 1998 and one chinkara in Mathania (Ghoda Farm) on 28-29 September, 1998. In 2007, he was sentenced to five years in prison by a trial court.
High Court today quashed the cases as there is no material evidence or eye witness against Khan.
