Bhai of Indian Cinema, Salman is a man known for his sense of humour in the public meetings. At times his words might have caused few issues, he never tried to belittle someone with his words or gestures unless he has been provoked.
Well, these days media tries to create some news out of thin air to make things complicated for actors and the latest topic they chose is Baahubali. Every time a Bollywood actor is addressing the media the first question that the media pops out is what do you think about Baahubali and its collections. As if the movie is just needs to be known for the box office moolah and nothing else. If they get a chance to interactions with Khans, then you're sure to get some interesting answers to such questions.
Recently, Salman Khan interacted with media about his new EID release, Tubelight, in the direction of Kabhir Khan. One of the journalists asked Bhai about his opinion on Baahubali, the actor replied he liked the first one and yet to see the second one. Trying to put him in a tight spot, the journalist asked, if you think Tubelight can cross Baahubali collections? Bhai immediately said, " Baahubali makers took four years to make one film and in those four years, I made multiple films. If you calculate the total collections of all my releases during the period, then it will be higher than Baahubali collections!"
Well, his answer does sound quite self centered and as if Bhai wants to belittle Baahubali but the truth is Baahubali is once in a lifetime phenomenon and asking such questions to popular stars is a case of annoyance to even fans. Let the marvel be remembered for the efforts and impact and not just its box office returns.
