Salman Khan featured in the Forbes list of Top 100 Highest Paid Celebrities in the World. The Magazine reported that 'Tube Light' Star earned $38 million (Rs 245 crore) between June 1st 2016 to June 1st 2017 in the form of film assignments & endorsements.
In a recent interview, Salman made fun of the earnings quoted by Forbes. 'Last Night, Me and Shahrukh Khan were discussing - Yeh Kya Hai? (Forbes list). Why we always fall short of money to buy something if the figures were true?,' he commented.
Surprisingly, Salman Khan claims he isn't able to buy a house for himself as the money with him wasn't sufficient. 'When a movie makes Rs 500 crore, Only a nominal amount from that revenue comes to you,' he explains.
Salman calls himself a bad businessman when quizzed if his business venture 'Being Human' is profitable. He went on to say whatever profits that's been earned after paying taxes will go to the charity.
