Sam To Thrill & Chill As 'Yashoda' From 12th Aug!

Star actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu is arriving with some interesting projects. Her mythological drama 'Shaakunthalam' has completed its shooting while her Tamil romantic comedy with Vijay Sethupathi and Nayanthara is arriving on April 28th. As we know, she is the lead in a science fiction thriller film titled 'Yashoda'.
The shooting is being done at a rapid pace and the makers have officially announced that it will be hitting the big screens on 12th August 2022. The makers wrote, "Our #Yashoda aka @Samanthaprabhu2 is all set to give you thrills n chills in theatres."
Thanks to Samantha's nationwide popularity, this thrilling drama will be released worldwide in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Kannada and Malayalam languages. Director duo Hari Shankar and Harish Narayan handled the megaphone for this project apart from penning the script.
Produced by Sivalenka Krishna Prasad, the dialogues were penned by Pulagam Chinnarayana and Challa Bhagyalakshmi. Apart from Samantha, Unni Mukundan and Varalaxmi Sarathkumar are playing key roles in this intriguing project. M Sukumar is the cinematographer while Mani Sharma is giving the music. Marthand K Venkatesh is the editor for this flick.
The first look poster and teaser are expected to come out in the next couple of weeks.
