The interview of Sandeep Reddy Vanga post the success of 'Kabir Singh' has been creating a sensation. He defended the Male Lead slapping the Female Lead in the movie by saying, 'When you love somebody and deeply connect with him/her, Then there is always a liberty of slapping each other'.
Samantha Akkineni felt the comments made by Sandeep Reddy are disappointing. When she was accused of double standards citing how she appreciated 'Arjun Reddy', Sam reacted: 'Liking a film is different. Differing from the comments and opinion of another is different. I liked Arjun Reddy as a story. That doesn't mean I also like the concept of hitting your partner and love'.
Even Chinmayi, who differed with the views expressed by Sandeep Reddy, was trolled brutally on Social Media. She shot back at trolls, 'Unfollow if you don't agree with my opinion. I don't have any problem if you place abusive posts. If there's anything I've learned it is this "Hurt people hurt people. Healed people heal people".
