Though it is a coincidence, Raju Gari gadhi 2 movie in which Samantha shared the screen space with her father-in-law Nagarjuna hit the theatres immediately after the marriage. In the film, Samantha played the role of the ghost for the first time in her career.

As per the news the actress received her remuneration only after knowing the hit talk of the film.

Despite the low collections of Raju Gari gadhi 2 in overseas the movie is impressing the audience in the two Telugu states. As it is the first time star actors played the roles in a horror comedy movie, expectations are high on this even before the release. Apart from comedy the emotional feel in the movie is a plus point.
