Samantha is the main lead and major driving force behind U-Turn even though Adhi Pinisetty, played a key role in the film.
She is the main box office factor and the actress wanted to make good amount from that craze as well.
As per the sources and reports, Nayantara demands the most in South Indian Film Industry, among the actresses about 4 crores per film.
Next is Anushka Shetty who is said to be receiving more than 2.5 crores per film. Kajal had to decrease to 80 lakhs due to few flops and now she is said to be taking 1.5 crores per film.
Samantha till now got up to 1.25 crores from producers but as U-Turn is made on a limited budget, she took only advance it seems.
She got an hefty percentage in the pre-release business amount and that is calculated to be Rs. 3.86 crores as film was said to be sold for Rs. 16 crores.
Now, we can't assure numbers as they could vary but if this film manages to make complete money back and a profit, Samantha could be the second highest paid star actress after Nayantara!
