Why Samantha? Why not Pawan Kalyan?

Pawan Kalyan proudly announced that he is willing to be the brand ambassador for handlooms in both the Telugu States. Telangana Government seems to have rejected this offer straight away.
To make its stand clear, Telangana IT Minister K Taraka Rama Rao roped Akkineni Babu Samantha to be the brand ambassador of Handlooms in the state. Are there any political reasons for rejecting Pawan Kalyan? Definitely YES!
Pawan Kalyan is the president of political party Jana Sena. Hence, KTR who maintained good relations with all the top stars kept avoiding Powerstar. Even in the case of handlooms, The Minister preferred a celeb who doesn't have either political background or aspirations.
In view of the strained relations, Even AP Government won't be willing to make Pawan Kalyan its brand ambassador. Neverthless, Powerstar is determined to endorse handlooms and he would also take part in 'Chenetha Satyagraham' on 20th of this month.
