Sam Turns 'Godvari Girl'

Born to Telugu-Malayali parents, Samantha was brought up as a Tamilian in Madras and became the daughter-in-law of Telugu family. She is now showing more interest in living in Telugu states. She is even doing movies that have the backdrop of Telugu villages. On this note, she recently visited Rajahmundry.
It is a known fact that Samantha is playing the role of a village girl in her upcoming movie Rangasthalam starring Ram Charan. The entire shooting is taking place in Rajahmundry and the nearby villages. The film is going to run with Godavari backdrop and all the fans who are living there are visiting the sets to see Samantha. As the shooting is completed, Sam recently returned to Hyderabad. She has 3 other projects in her hand right now. One of them is U-Turn which is Sam's dream project. The shooting is taking place in Bangalore but Samantha suddenly appeared in Rajahmundry. There might be a village scene in the movie.
Rangasthalam runs with the backdrop of beautiful river Godavari. If the buzz is to be believed then U-Turn is also going to run in Konaseema and Godavari. There are two movies Godavari and Gopi Gopika Godavari which featured Godavari river. With Rangasthalam, the craze of Godavari seems to take a hike.
