Did Samantha convert to Hinduism?

In one of her previous interviews, Samantha Ruth Prabhu did mention how conservative her family has been and also about her lack of basic knowledge about Hindu traditions. She even revealed her Mother would never allow her to watch even Ramayana and Mahabharat on TV.
Much to everyone's surprise, Samantha visited Tirumala on Saturday for the darshan of Lord Balaji though she is a Christian. She appeared like a traditional Hindu Girl at the Hill shrine. Neither Naga Chaitanya nor any of the Akkineni Family Members accompanied her.
Upon watching her at Tirumala, People doubted if Samantha had converted to Hinduism after deciding to marry Naga Chaitanya. Was Sam trying to convey the message that she could be a good bahu to Nag & Amala in a traditional Hindu family? Only the Golden Leg could answer these questions!
