Samantha Wants To Try Own Dubbing Once Again!

Star actress Samantha has been doing films in Tollywood for the past 12 years and she can converse with everyone in Telugu quite easily. With the help of a little English, she manages to speak in Telugu during interviews, pre-release events and other meetings but dubbing is a whole new game. It is not everyone's cup of tea.

Right from the beginning of her career, it is Chinmayi Sripada who is dubbing for Samantha and people find it difficult to relate to Sam's own voice as they are so accustomed to hearing the singer's voice from the background. Sam's acting and Chinmayi's voice are a perfect match and we have seen what happens when Sam tried to dub for herself in 'U Turn'. Though Samantha dubs for herself in Tamil as it is her mother tongue, emoting through her voice proved to be a very tough task for the 'Dookudu' actress,

She failed to bring the necessary expressions and emotions through her voice in 'U Turn' and turned towards Chinmayi once again for 'Oh! Baby' and other films. But sources say that Samantha is gearing up to take the challenge once again. She is arriving soon with a thriller film named 'Yashoda'. The teaser which came out a few weeks back did not have any dialogues from the lead actress. Sources say that the makers wanted to release another teaser and insisted on Chinmayi's dubbing but Samantha reportedly was adamant about dubbing for herself this time.

After finishing her 'secret' trip to the USA, Samantha is back in Hyderabad and reports suggest that she is all set to dub for herself in Telugu, Tamil as well as in Hindi too. Insiders claim that differences with Chinmayi are the main reason behind Samantha's decision. Let us wait and see if it turns out to be true or not.
