Box Office: Sampoornesh Babu shocks Nagarjuna!

No body can guess that Sampoornesh Babu's film will beat Nagarjuna's film at least in first three days of release. Nagarjuna is an established star for 30 years and Sampoornesh Babu doesn't have hit except Hrudaya Kaleyam.
For the budget of Kobbari Matta, the first day collections have made the film a Super hit and this is announced by producer, Sai Razesh, himself.
In areas where mass movies are more loved, on Sunday few theatres started screening Kobbari Matta instead of Manmandhudu-2.
The overall Friday and Saturday collections of Manmadhudu-2 are far higher than Kobbari Matta, but at RTC 'X' Roads, the movie was able to beat M-2 collections.
Total gross of Manmadhadu-2 at Shanthi theatre on first day is Rs. 2.83 lakhs and Kobbari Matta even though did not put up even one houseful show, came up with Rs. 2.88 lakhs gross at Sandhya-70MM on Saturday, first day of the film.
Manmadhudu-2 on Saturday, just collected 1.93 lakhs gross for 4 shows and only, First show of the film on Friday, was houseful in two days.
The capacity of two theatres is different and Sandhya 70MM has a capacity of 1.20 lakhs plus per show when it is full and Shanti has 85-88k per show when it is full.
Still this is a big shock for Nagarajuna, however cool, he wants to play it off. The actor has to think about creating better buzz with his films and greater expectations as he can no longer just charm the audiences to theatres as a star irrespective of the word of the mouth.
