Sanjay Dutt & Kangana Ranaut, Co-stars of 'Rascals', are now neighbours. The 'Queen' Star has purchased a bungalow at Nargis Road in Pali Hill recently by shelling out a whooping Rs 20.7 crore.
Kangana bought the property by paying Rs 67,000 per square foot. Houses of many Bollywood Bigwigs including that of Sanjay Dutt are in the same locality. Earlier, A Play School was operated at this 3-storey building. It has got a parking space of 565 square feet.
Sources say, Kangana Ranaut might use this property for story discussion or for production work. She have plans to wield the megaphone in the near future.
The past few films of Kangana have been disasters, be it 'Katti Batti', 'Rangoon' and 'Simran'. She now pinned all her hopes on 'Manikarnika' directed by Krish.
