Sanjay Dutt got emotional before leaving for the Yerwada Central Prison on Saturday
(September 26th). He was spotted hugging his wife Manyata and saying the last few words with daughters Iqra and Shahraan.
Jail Authorities have granted parole to Sanjay Dutt last month to attend to his daughter's nose surgery. Inspite of criticism on the VIP treatment, Prison Offcials continued to sanction outings to the actor once in a while.
Apparently, Sanjay Dutt was convicted for illegal possession of arms during 1993 Mumbai Blasts and the Supreme Court has sentenced him to 5 years in jail. After going behind the bars in 1996, The actor was confined to imprisonment for 18 months. He surrendered before the Police in 2013 to serve the remaining 42 months. His jail term might come to an end in February next year.
