No Hollywood attack on Hunk hero

From couple of days, it's been everywhere that Hollywood based streaming and production house Netflix is going to sue Hrithik Roshan for plagiarism. Is that true?
Sources related to the production house clarified that there is no truth in legal case filing over "Kabil" makers including Hrithik Roshan. Though there is some level of similarity, both Kaabil and Daredevil are fundamentally different, the production house feels. A national media house reported that Netflix clarified, "There is no such a plan and they are checking into the source of this rumour".
So, Kaabil featuring Hrithik and Yami Gautham is set for Jan 25th release.
