Sankranti 2021: RRR Vs Pawan Vs Mahesh

Sankranti is the biggest season for Tollywood. Many films can be released at the same time and still do great business. This year Mahesh Babu and Allu Arjun competed with each other and set the box-office on fire. The audience were treated to a big feast and it is going to be even bigger in 2021.
'RRR' which is one of the most anticipated films in the country is releasing on January 8th and it is officially confirmed by the team recently. Being a Rajamouli film and that too after a blockbuster like 'Baahubali' brought a lot of hype over this film and the Mega-Nandamuri heroes coming together for this film just took it to another level. Usually, a film of 'RRR's magnitude will have a free run at the box-office for at least three weeks. But other heroes are in no mood to leave the big Sankranti season.
Sources say that Mahesh Babu and Pawan Kalyan are coming in Sankranti too. As we know, Pawan Kalyan is making his comeback with 'Pink' remake which will be releasing in May. His next film with director Krish is gearing up to arrive during next year's Sankranti season and the makers are reportedly planning to give a pan-Indian appeal to this film.
Mahesh Babu who entertained the audience with his 'Sarileru Neekevvaru' this year is planning to arrive at the same time next year. He is going to work with Vamsi Paidipally after 'Maharshi'. This film is going to start in May and the Vamsi is busy giving final touches to his script. This film is also expected to release during the Sankranti season. All these big films will be releasing in a gap of 3-4 days and the season is going to be filled with super fun and excitement. Let us see who wins the race in 2021!
