If there is one song that ruled the playlists of everyone from the past couple of months, it is definitely 'Saranga Dariya'. This folk song has become mandatory in every party or dance performances. This super hit number has single-handedly put 'Love Story' in the minds of every movie lover. It was vital in the promotions of 'Love Story' as the song turned out to be a chartbuster from the moment the lyrical video came out.
While the song is brilliant and is creating records on social media, it did not have the same appeal in the theatres as per many. There was a lot of hype surrounding this song and the situation for it was not what the fans expected. Experts said that Sekhar Kammula should've prepared the audience by giving some information about this song which would've lowered the expectations. Despite everything, the song is still ruling our playlists.
Everyone expected the video song to be as good as 'Vachinde' from 'Fidaa' as it is from the same combination of Sekhar Kammula, Sai Pallavi and Sekhar master. The song is high on energy and people expected it to be a visual feast. But people who watched the film were disappointed with the song as it came at a different situation which didn’t give much scope for the audience to enjoy completely.
