Sharath Kumar is a Kollywood actor.. but he has long associaton with Telugu film industry. He often appears in Telugu films. Even though he was doing hero roles in Tamil films, Sharath Kumar used to continue as a character artiste in Telugu. Sharath shares a good relationship with Megastar Chiranjeevi. He acted in Megastar films like 'Gang Leader'.. 'Stuartpuram Police Station'.
Coming to the present, Sharath Kumar played an important role in the upcoming film 'Neno Rakam' starring Sai Ram Shankar. During the promotional interviews of this film.. he has shared his relationship with Chiranjeevi. "With the 80's group started by Suhasini garu, we all developed a good relationship.. close relationship developed with Chiranjeevi garu in particular. When I was in financial troubles, I met him.. and told him that I wanted to make a movie with him. After listening my proposal he told me..'Do you need to come so long for this..?' When I asked him about his remuneraion.. 'you'll also give remuneration to me.. do the movie first..we will see about it later'. I can't forget his words in my life".
"That's why Chiranjeevi is always special to me. He told me that I will become a big hero. I became a big hero later. But I couldn't make film with him. I asked him that I will do even a small role in 'Khaidi No.150'.. but that didn't happen. I'm ready to do even a small role in Chiru films".
