Did You Know That Savitri Enjoyed Cooking?

Actresses and even few working women, tend to be so busy in their daily routine, that they don't concentrate on stress reliever, cooking.

Many suggest that if one wants to completely forget the thoughts that are worrying them, they should try cooking, male or female. As our society, sees cooking as a female job, if some girl says she doesn't know cooking, many even women roll their eyes and ask them to learn soon.

But with hectic schedules and working hours, can actresses try to cook? Could the early actresses have time for cooking? Did they ever used to cook?

Well, we are not sure about many but Savitri enjoyed cooking. We are not saying this out, her daughter Vijaya Chamundeswari shared it.

She said, "My mother used to love cooking. She is very good chef and liked non-veg alot. She used to cook crab very deliciously and also, she made KFC like Chicken during those days. After my marriage, she learnt the recipe and cooked for me."

She also revealed that Savitri was a true disciplinarian and her one stare used to scare them to death. But she used to be highly friendly and also, gave priority to studies of her children, it seems.

Vijaya Chamundeswari shared these memories as she is excited to see how it all has been represented on screen by Mahanati team. The movie is releasing on 9th May.
