Second Strike Coming Towards Tollywood Industry Now?

After halting the shoots for one month, the Tollywood film industry resumed the shoots again. All the producer bodies came together and decided that halting the shootings will add more trouble and it is good if they go for the shoots. Looks like, the issues concerning the industry might not settle down soon.
The industry suffered another big shock as the industry is likely to face a big strike. It is known that the hike of the salaries of the cine workers is one of the issues which made the Tollywood film industry come to a standstill. The same issue has come back to haunt the film industry.
As per the media reports, the cine workers demand wages as per their seniority and the budget of the film. Saying that they would have more extra when it's a big budget film, the cine workers are reportedly demanding a hike.
The association of the cine workers is believed to have met the producers' bodies to place their demands. During the meeting, the association members listed out all their troubles and demanded an address of the demands at the earliest.
If the producers' bodies won't take a timely call on this, the workers are likely to hit the roads for a strike. Based on the reaction, the producers will give to the demands, the cine workers will decide what they can do next.
If the demands are not met, the cine workers are likely to start a strike. The Tollywood industry is not in a position to suffer another protest. We have to wait and see how the industry will deal with the issue.
